[MPDR071] Axelle Roch - We are cool EP

Axelle Roche is a new signed artist on MP Digital Records. After a first track on the winter draft 2009, she comes back with a full ep. Axelle works a lot from emotion she gets when she is mixing, taste from her childhood, people she loves ... the results is a psychedelic minimal with complex sounds.

We are cool is much more easy going. The melody is fresh and get you in a good moon, the rhythmic makes your head moves automatically.

Be in me offers a powerful bass line and a slow evolution and heavy atmosphere.

You should be me have some similarities with Be in me. Heavy and suffocating atmosphere and deep bass line.

[MPDR070] Kemko - 1st Contact [Exclusive Remixes]

For the release of the first album of Kemko - Two Thousand Miles from here [MPDR067] MP Digital Records opened a remix contest for the track 1st Contact.

After reviewing tons of proposition here are the three winners with the original track from Kemko.

Point offers a long a peaceful remix. Each layers have been rework to enhance the weightlessness effect of the original track.

Badger who already appears on the winter draft [MPDR066], presents an endless track (more than 11min) taking is time to develop the different melodies and bass line. He gets the track more complex by transforming the different layers and adding new one.

E.X.P is more easy going and dance floor oriented. Everything have been lift up and speed up and sounds now more light and joyful.

[MPDR068] Spookiisly - Overtalk82

Spookiisly is back on MP Digital with his groovy electro design for the dancefloor. One more time the synth sounds like old Daft Punk, full of live and joy!

Three radio edit tracks explores the different aspects of the house music.

Overtalk82 is a tribute to the Daftendirekt and Wdpk 83.7 FM from the Homework album of Daft Punk with distorted synth and kicking bass line.

Plastic head sounds a bit like Overtalk82 with violin and stirring melody.

Finally Le monophone is more elaborated with different melody catching the one after the other, with a bit of gloom and bitterness and deep and more aggressive one.
