For this first release of 2009 MP Digital records gather some of the greatest artists of the label for 4 versions of the new track of Yarden Main Ingredients.

01. Yarden - Main ingredients (original mix)
A very quiet track well worked with lot of effects and the superposition of several layers. This downtempo track will be perfect for relaxing evening.

02. Yarden - Main ingredients (Maxim Boiron)
Maxim Boiron is one of the new artist who joins MP Digital Records this autumn. His remix is the most energic of all with a syncopated guitar and rythmic. The original melody came only for the break.

03. Yarden - Main ingredients (Pedro Bucarelli Spacy Dub Mix)
Pedro Bucarelli offers a deep and introspective tracks. The quiet aspect of the original is still here but a cosiest way.

04. Yarden - Main ingredients (Viktor Leske remix)
An other intimate remixes from the french Viktor Leske who now works from Berlin. The original structure is there but some effects have been add to produce a deeper atmosphere.

Kemko 1st contact remix contest

KEMKO "1st Contact" REMIX CONTEST

After months of work here is the first album of Kemko. It will be released officially the 23rd of February 2009 on Beatport / Juno / trackitdown ...

MP Digital Records and the french website Electronews.fr organise a remix contest on the track 1st Contact. Once again we want to give a chance to new artists to show up !

The contest starts offically the 1st Febrary and ends the 8 March at midnight (French time)
The three winners will be on the release 1st Contact remixes, the number 70 for the label. They will also received a Tee shirt of MP digital records and two vynil (anngel 001 and 002).

From the Italian artist Ness, this progressive track offer a quiet melody and a long and stirring siren. All is in the intimate a comfy atmosphere of the bass line.

02. Ness - Balloon (Nightflowers presents Neurologik Dub)
This is the second tracks on MP Digital of Nightflower after his remix of Ness Galaga. The orientation is cleary techno with a groovy bass and a hard kick. The track is speed up compare to the original and more stressed. The melody is repeated ad libidum to get the listener lost in this endless rise.

03. Ness - Balloon (shin matsura remix)
More minimal orientated with long period with a well work bass line and a simple synth. Here, the accent is put on the male vocal.

04. Ness - Balloon (Gari Marcos remix)
Start with an heavy kick / bass line on which is built progressively the tracks ... all is quiet till a crazy break.

January : Nightflowers

Nightflowers is the guest of this month for the podcast of MP Digital Records. Nightflower have already two remix signed on the label and present a weekly show Ways of consciousness on the french radio Paris One. He is used to present trance set but this one is more progressive oriented. Enjoy !

This pure tracks 2 get together some best of progressive and late night released of MP Digital records. All artists present on this compilation have several ep on the label and have been recognized for the quality of their work.

Bumble & ROmz - Spécial blend - Today know as Superslut after their successful participation on Great Stuff Compilation with their track Bulerias, Bumble & ROmz started their production with MP Digital Records and anngel records for the first release of the vinyl label. Today we choose to present this old minimal track made to please the crowd.

John Roya - décollage - A quiet and minimal track with a melody that will get stuck in head for a while.

Kemko - Altaïr - Everything is compressed in this track to the vibrating bass to the late coming melody giving the track a confined atmosphereMidea LiquidA very dark and down tempo track with echoes and reverbes which allow the auditors to breath after the intimate Altair from Kemko.

Ness - Escape - Before the release of his next ep balloon, the Italian producer Ness is present on this compilation with a bouncy and dancing track mixing progressive and minimal aspect.

Romz - night drive - When he is not working with Bumble, ROmz propose nice and intimate track. Night drive is an evocative track with a soft kick and a melodic melody to lull you till the end of the night.

This is quite a special released for MP Digital this time. Some well known artists supporting the label let artists from MP Digital roaster remix their best tracks. From the minimal of Monoroom to the tech house of Babicz going through the anthem of Codec & Flexor, you will discover the version made in MP Digital Records.

1/ Robert Babicz - Basic (Midea Remix). Midea slows and stripped down the original track and adds some nice effect in order to smooth it. The result is an enchanting progressive remix.


2/ Monoroom - Kling Klang (Mark Farre rmx) After the beautiful suprem on anngel, Mark Farré comes back with this powerful remix of the anthem of Monoroom Kling Klang. The bass line is fat and stirring and everything is here, from the deep masculine voice to the melody which gets lost in the infernal loops reworked by Mark Farré.


3/ Codec & Flexor - Do what you want (MP Digital rmx) The team from MP Digital presents a refine remix quite quiet keeping only the vocal and the melody from the original.

houa je viens de me prendre une petite claque à l'écoute de ce ep ^^

Je suis méga fan du remix de robert Babicz par Midea : ENORME, direct dans ma playlist.

Le rmx de MONOROOM par Marc Farré est également très classe...très bon effet sur le dancefloor ^^ et Bonne mention pour le rmx de codec & flexor, mais peut être un chouillat trop deep minimal pour moi :(

Three times a year MP Digital Records get together some "drafts" or recently signed artists for a small compilation. The aim is to give a chance and promote some future name of the electronic scene.

On the Autumn 08 MP Digital presents three new artists on three totally different style and Spookiisly from MPDR057.

1/ Maxime Voizin - D zintox (6'54) This first track is half tech house for the tone and half progressive for the slow beat and the construction.

2/ Kreiss & GFP - Undermarket (9'08) presents a track "on the Cocoon style" a punchy but quiet progressive. Perfect for late night set with the melody coming late in the track and melting perfectly into the bass.

3/ Spookiisly - Distortion (3'48) After his successful ep, Spookiisly is back with a tech house track in the same spirit that the Electricity ep. A lot of synth, a groovy bass and rhythmic for this Distortion track.

4/ T.rex-sound - Destroy (outside mix) (5'54) A break up track that can be compare to the post punk of T.Raumschiere.
